Technical Support Levels

We endeavour to provide the best possible service we can for our technolgy clients.  As such we have several levels of service capability to match your requirements. This ensures that you are not paying for a certified nuclear scientist to help you run a mail merge.

The support levels below correspond directly to our Support Plans.

Level 1

  • Basic Computer services (Word, Excel, Mail Merge)
  • Additional VoIP Handset Configuration
  • Printer / Peripheral Configuration and Trouble Shooting
  • Site Uploads (From Hard Media)
  • Web Configurations (additional email address, creating sub sites, etc)
  • Basic Contractor Liaison (Works supervision, Joint commissioning)


Level 2

  • Project Implementation
  • Basic Systems Design
  • VoIP Configuration and Trouble Shooting
  • Testing / Commissioning / Reporting
  • Basic Web Design
  • Basic Web Scripting


Level 3

  • Security Audits
  • Multi-site Connectivity Solution Design
  • Remote Access Configuration
  • VoIP IVR Design and Implementation
 
Tech Support Plans

All prices below are exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Basic Plan (CBD and surrounding)

Monthly Charge: $0.00
Site Attendance Fee: $20.00
Level 1 Support Rate: $65.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Level 2 Support Rate: $120.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Phone Support: Yes (At hourly rate above)
Support Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (Not including Australian Public Holidays)
Drop Tools Fee: $720 (includes 1 hour support)
NOTE:

  • Out of hours support is not available.

Standard Plan (CBD and surrounding)

Monthly Charge: $175.00
Site Attendance Fee (First Visit): $0.00
Site Attendance Fee (Subsequent Visits): $20.00
Level 1 Support Rate: $65.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Level 2 Support Rate: $120.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Phone Support: Yes (At hourly rate above)
Support Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (Not including Australian Public Holidays)
Drop Tools Fee: $720 (includes 1 hour support)
NOTE:

  • Includes 1 hour of Level 1 or Level 2 on site or phone support per month (Does not accrue and can not be split across multiple call outs)
  • Out of hours support available at 50% of drop tools charge.


Silver Plan (CBD and surrounding)

Site Attendance Fee: $20.00 (First 4 Site Visits are free)
Level 1 Support Rate: $65.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Level 2 Support Rate: $120.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments)
Phone Support: Yes (At hourly rate above)
Support Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (Not including Australian Public Holidays)
Drop Tools Fee: $480 (includes 1 hour support)
NOTE:

  • Includes 2 hours of Level 1 or Level 2 on site or phone support per month (Does not accrue and can not be split across multiple call outs)
  • Out of hours support available at 50% of drop tools charge.

  • Billing starts from departure at head office and stops upon return.
